That things like unto themselves attract and that each of us can, truly, HAVE DO OR BE whatever we want..

This is the most important information that I have ever learned — to spread the word now seems to be, to me, a part of my mission in life. TO ME, these are the answers to everything!

• People are unaware that they often create by default. When one focuses on the things they want, they are drawing those things towards themselves. When they focus with passion, those things manifest more quickly. Conversely, when one isn’t aware of their thoughts, STILL those thoughts, whatever they are, are attracting similar thoughts. The lesson is to stave off negative thoughts — you must focus ONLY on the things you WANT TO SEE.
• We create our own reality — all of us! We are, essentially, manifestations of the thoughts and feelings we have most recently thought and felt.
• People should be wary of falling into the trap of focusing on the LACK of what they want, rather than on the feeling of already HAVING what they want. The distinction is deceptively simple yet quite elusive. The first gets you more ‘don’t want’ while the second will begin the process of manifestation.

WBE Membership Process and Voting Guidelines

• Every current member has an equal vote.
• Interested women are asked to attend two meetings, and then fill out an application.
• When a woman applies for membership, the New Member Chair will advise the full membership that an applicant has taken out an application.
• In this same notice, the New Member Chair asks everyone if there are any concerns. If a member has concerns about this prospective member the concerns need to be shared with THE LEADERSHIP TEAM. This is the opportunity for everyone to bring their concerns forward. The issues will then be investigated and addressed confidentially by the Leadership Team.
• Members have two choices for votes held via email: yes or no.
• If a member votes no, then the member must elucidate, give more information as to why so that all members can be aware of the concerns.
• For an applicant to be offered an invitation to membership, she must receive a yes vote from 90% of the members who voted.
• The Leadership Team reserves the right to have a re-vote for any out of the ordinary circumstances.
